Project management for dirt work
Texcavate is a new Texas company building an online tool that keeps earthwork projects — ponds, pads, and precision dirt work — organized, measured, and easy to share. One place for the job, from bid to final grade.
The software
No buzzwords: it's project management that runs in your browser, made for people who move dirt. Here's what it's built to do.
Every job in one place
Each project — location, plans, progress, paperwork — organized and reachable from any device, in the office or on the pad.
Earthwork numbers, worked out
Pond volumes, yardage, cut and fill. Enter the dimensions, get numbers you can save to the job and hand to the customer.
Share links, not logins
Send a customer a link to their project. No account needed on their end, and you can shut the link off whenever you want.
Built around GNSS
Designed with machine control in mind, with an RTK correction service planned for subscribers down the line.
Honest status
The software is in active development and not open for sign-ups yet. If you run dirt jobs and want an early look, send us a note — early users will shape what gets built.
The road ahead
We're new, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. This is the plan.
- Now
Building the platform
Project tracking, earthwork calculators, and customer share links are under active development.
- Next
Early access
Opening the doors to a small group of earthwork contractors to put the software through its paces.
- Later
RTK corrections
An NTRIP correction service for GNSS machine control, offered to subscribers.
- Down the road
Texcavate contracting
Taking on dirt work of our own — ponds, pads, and precision earthwork.
Plans are plans — dates land when the work does.
